How do I book—and when do I pay?

Pick your service, see your price instantly, and book in under a minute. We place a hold (pre-authorization) on your card 48 hours before your clean and charge it right after we finish—no surprises, no hassle.

What if I'm not satisfied?

That's what our Make It Right Promise is for. If you're not happy with your clean, just let us know within 24 hours. We’ll make it right—with a re-clean, credit, or partial refund—no fuss, no fine print.

What’s included in each type of clean?

Standard Cleaning: Dusting, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.

Deep Cleaning: Includes all standard tasks plus scrubbing baseboards, grout, appliances interiors, and other detailed work.

Move-In/Out Cleaning: Everything from the deep clean, plus cabinet interiors and full appliance clean-out—so your move goes smoother.

Do I need to provide supplies or equipment?

Nope! We bring everything—vacuums, mops, and cleaning solutions—unless you prefer us to use something specific you provide.

How often should I book?

Most clients find bi-weekly cleaning hits the sweet spot—consistent cleanliness without the weekly commitment. Weekly, monthly, or one-time? We're flexible and work with your schedule and budget. Prefer occasional or deep clean only? That’s available too. We recommend a deep clean every 3–4 months to stay fresh and thorough.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Need to change plans? No problem. Just give us at least 48 hours' notice to avoid a charge. Cancel less than 24 hours before? We would need charge a percent of the cleaning cost to cover the lost slot.

I work long hours—when can you clean?

We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends. Many of our Nashville commuters prefer Friday afternoon service so they come home to a spotless house for the weekend.

We get it—especially with military families and busy professionals. We offer flexible rescheduling with 48-hour notice, and we'll work with you to find times that fit your changing schedule.
